Our 5th Ave location has two spaces available to rent.

Main Floor Upstairs Space
Our main floor of our 5th Avenue location has a large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and open concept fully functional kitchen. Adjacent to the main room is a separate games room with a air hockey/ping pong table. We have lots of extra tables which can be set up to accommodate meetings of 15 or more people.

The rental cost is $45 per hour for meetings & $70 per hour for birthday parties and events.
Downstairs Space
The lower level is like a indoor playground and is great for children's birthday parties. This space has a indoor Jungle Jim, climbing wall, & mini loft for all those creative minds! The walkout makes it easy for the kids to run around on the rodeo grounds and burn off the energy from all the cake and goodies they'll eat! Click HERE to view a video of the downstairs space.

"The Club" Teen Space Location
Our Club Teen Space location (204-5th Ave West) is an inviting space with a large living room, flat screen TV, grand piano, pool table and open concept fully functional kitchen. There is booth seating and tall tables with that coffee shop type atmosphere.
A perfect, casual inviting spot for your gathering or meeting!
